The school is called
"Special Education School" and it is a government
run institution that caters to mostly children that are
physically and mentally handicapped, although we have seen a
splintering of blind adults. To your right is a picture of one
of the boy's dormitories and a girl's dormitory is shown
below. The brown on the walls is dirt that has caked to the
walls and a majority of the beds do not have mattresses. There
is no medical staff and the ones on hand are hardly trained to
work with special needs children. We go in there and hand out
blankets and anything else we brought along to the children
themselves, there are no third parties involved. |
